Celebrating Peacham’s Legacy, Mapping our
Settlement
The exhibit will display maps, historical documents, objects, and other materials tracing Peacham’s development from its initial settlement in 1776 through approximately 1810.

July Fourth Activities
11:00am – 4pm: Summer Exhibition opens at Historical House
1:30pm: Public reading of the Declaration of Independence delivered by three local high school students at the Peacham Meeting House
2:30pm: Revolutionary War Soldiers’ Ghost Walk at the Peacham Cemetery. The ghost walk will feature portrayals of William Chamberlin, John Skeele, David Martin and Edward Clark, four Revolutionary soldiers who played pivotal roles in Peacham’s early history. Actors: Tim McKay, Jim Minichiello, Morgan Gold, Bruce Wescott.
